Johnny’s Lakeside RV Resort is conveniently located near top tourist destinations including OWA Parks & Resorts, a 520-acre theme park, top beaches such as Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Fort Morgan as well as an abundance of popular retail and restaurant destinations.
In addition, this park offers a high-end amenity package including a lazy river with a water slide, clubhouse, snack shack, playground, fishing lake, and more.
Climb Capital has announced the acquisition of Johnny’s Lakeside RV resort in Foley, AL. This 194-site resort-style RV park will join its growing portfolio of parks in the Sunbelt region. It is also the 5th in their Campfire Fund. The Campfire Fund is a 506(c) private placement investment fund. The fund is looking to acquire up to five additional parks before the end of the year.
Climb Capital plans to make significant improvements to the property during its ownership. This will include operational enhancements, upgrades to the amenity package, and emphasizing community events to provide guests and residents with a top-tier experience.
